Captain, Cristiano Ronaldo lead Portugal to semi-final after a victory 1-0 against Rep. Czech at the National Stadium in Warsaw, Poland.
Portugal set up a date with either France or Spain on June 27.

England vs Ukraine and Sweden vs France

England vs Ukraine, Simple heading by Wayne Rooney put England to the top of group D.
Controversially goal by Marko Devic was not given by referee although it was clearly cross the line.
A victory for England and will face Italy in the quarters-final.

Sweden vs France, two goal by Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Larsson put France second in the group D.
France will face Spain in the quarters-final while Sweden already out of Euro 2012 after losing both of their previous two games.

  

Crotia vs Spain and Italy vs Rep.Ireland

Crotia vs Spain, with two minutes remaining substitute Jesus Navas scored the winning goals to send Spain top of group C. France will face either England, Ukraine or France in the quarters-final.

Italy vs Rep.Ireland, Italy qualified for quarters-final after Antonio Cassano and Mario Balotelli put victory 2-0 against Rep.Ireland in Poznan. Italy will face winner of group D in the quarters-final.

Portugal vs Holland and Denmark vs Germany

Portugal vs Holland, Two goals by Christiano Ronaldo sends the Oranje out of Euro 2012. Early goal by Rafeal Van Der Vaart put Holland lead on minute 11' but two goal by Ronaldo denied Holland from qualify to quarters-final.

Denmark vs Germany, Germany finished top of group B after 2-1 victory over Denmark in Lviv. Goal by Lukas Podolski and Lars Bender confirmed Denmark exit from the tournament.

Rep. Czech vs Poland and Greece vs Russia

Rep. Czech vs Poland, Petr Jiracek netting the winning goal against Poland in Wroslaw Stadium finished the top of group A with 6 point.

Greece vs Russia, Greece captain Giorgos Karagounis strike after a massive mistake by Russian defending, while Russian finished third of group B and send them early flight to home.

Ukraine vs France and Sweden vs England

Ukraine vs France, Due to lightning storm the match was delay about 1 hour after only 4 minute played in Donetsk, Ukraine.
Jeremy Menez and Yohan Cabaye scored the goal within 4 minutes each other to give France comfortable win and secure the place into quarter-finals of group D.

Sweden vs England, Winning goal by Welbeck sends Sweden back home early of group D.
A victory 2-3, over Sweden will require only a draw against Ukraine in the the next match to put England qualify for the quarter-finals.

Italy vs Croatia and Spain vs Rep.Ireland

Italy vs Croatia, Andrea Pirlo gave Italian a lead but Mario Mandzukic scored to secure 1-1 draw with Italy until end of the match.

Spain vs Rep. Ireland, Fernando Toress strike in minutes 4' and 70' send Spain to quarters-final as winnner of group C. Rep. Ireland eliminated from Euro 2012 and take on Italy as last game of Euro 2012. Final score Spain 4, Rep.Ireland 0.
