Euro 2012 is 100% ready ?

There are less than 100 days left before the euro2012 start to kick off, Micheal Platini was conclude that 95% preparation for Euro 2012 is ready.

What is 5 % left about ?
The airport in Ukraine was not completely ready, road still under upgrading as well as hotel. But this will not make Micheal Platini worried much since all the stadium is 100% ready. The remaining job will be completed very soon. Practically Ukraine and Poland are ready for the final of the 2012 European Football Championship
